You can start to learn dancing anytime... you don't have to prepare yourself in any way...except of course to get a pair of dancing shoes! There will always be instructors around to make sure you're doing the right thing. Here's one, world-renowned dancer and instructor, Marchant Birch at a Salsa Fiesta TnT 2012 Workshop, helping out a young lady. This is one of the great places to learn and have some fun.
